Nibble On This!

Trans fat content of some North American favourites: 
Medium fries: 8 grams
Small bag of chips: 3 grams
Chocolate bar: 3 grams

We should aim to consume the absolute minimum amount of trans fats we can and increase the amount of polyunsaturated fats we consume. 

Foods with healthy fats:
Fish 
Avocado
Flaxseed oil
Walnuts
Cashews
